Public and private sector meet in Gisagara about RPPD

Today, Gisagara District conducted a dialogue on the consultation of PSF on District taxes.

The private sector was concerned that it wasn’t consulted about the district beforehand. The dialogue was attended by 24 participants. The Private Sector was represented by 18 participants while 6 participants were from the Public Sector; including the Vice Mayor Hesron HATEGEKIMANA and the district Executive Secretary Innocent MVUKIYEHE.
The meeting decided to involve the PSF committee in the district taxes analysis and proposal before they are approved by the district council.
The implementation of this resolution will start in July 2014 with the new fiscal year.
