On 13th October 2014, in MUHANGA District precisely at the Mini Expo ground, business community met with District officials to discuss about the results registered by RPPD mechanism since its launch on February, 2013.

The KWINEGURA Forum doubles as report back to the business community; comes after a number of dialogues have been carried out to reflect on the status quo and prioritize any new emerging business issues.

At official closing ceremony graced by the Hon. Minister of Trade and Industry and other high profile to name but few the Governor of Southern Province, the PSF Acting Chief Executive Officer and high level security organs in Southern Province.
During the KWINEGURA Forum, business showcased the dissatisfaction of the concluded event ranging from the lack of toilets, high pricing of stands, and categorization of the business operations.

In regard to specific business issues that can be dealt within RPPD framework the meeting have come up with the following business issues:

-  Foreign operators who exhibit in local expo are getting difficult in tax clearance of goods making them loosing on sales due to high prices and request the RRA to consider the same incentive bestowed as they exhibit at national level.
-  Previous dialogues held had consensus building on business issues discussed among them is the parking issue of which is still not implemented the meeting resolved to revisit the business issues for finding solutions (parking fees and security of shops).

Audience moved to the closing of the mini expo as per aforementioned, where the best exhibitors and best partner awarded by the Mini expo organizer mainly PSF MUHANGA. Among others: the bankers (BPR, BK, ECOBANK, COGEBANK), the breweries (SKOL, BRALIRWA) the traders (MUKWANO Industries, Star Media,) Telecoms (TIGO, Airtel, MTN) to mention but few.

Hon. Minister KANIMBA promised to officiate the coming up expo in Southern Province as requested by the Governor of Southern Province, he encouraged also the PSF to open and invest in the infrastructural exhibition center related.
Whereas PSF Ag. CEO emphasized on self-reliance of PSF member and fuelling increase of partnership between public and private sector.
