NYABIHU Pre-meeting , 20 May 2014.

Two weeks ago, a Pre-meeting was hold in NYABIHU District. It prepared an upcoming dialogue about non planned meetings and other District activities or functions that stop regularly business activities.
The Pre-meeting was attended by the private sector and champions. The Private sector was represented by 18 participants within 2 women and 4 champions within 1 woman. In total, they were 3 women. The public sector was not represented because on Imihigo assessment at that time.
Participants were very active during the Pre-meeting considering their arguments about non planned meetings and other District activities or functions that stop regularly business activities.
Many business men who represented all centers said that the aforementioned issue is observable in the whole district and handicapped their daily businesses and sometimes led them to the loss. Mujawimana Jeannette who has a restaurant in Mukamira center has encountered this problem. The participants also raised the problem of authorities who ask to the population in the market to pay health insurance. The consequence was to lack the clients at that moment. The Pre-meeting was facilitated by SURWUMWE J. Claude and GIZ Consultant, Hyacinthe TWISHIME.
From the Pre-meeting, the participants came up to nominate invitees to attend the PP dialogue on 06th June 2014 in order to handle this problem as soon as possible.
